During my recent stay at Posada Chikiluky Baru, I had the most amazing experience. The location of the hotel was ideal, right in front of a beautiful beach with turquoise water and white sand. The staff, especially Julio and Jean Carlos, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. They provided excellent service and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a unique treehouse-like atmosphere. One of the highlights was the balcony in my room, offering a stunning ocean view. The food at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced, and I enjoyed exploring the beach and trying other nearby restaurants and bars. I had a fantastic time at Posada Chikiluky Baru and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable beachfront getaway.
I will mention a couple of drawbacks that I experienced during my stay. the bathroom in my room had some issues, as the toilet didn't flush properly and the floor was often wet after taking a shower.

We had a fantastic one-night getaway at this authentic little cabin right on the beach. The location was perfect, with a beautiful blue sea to swim in. Mornings and evenings were particularly peaceful before and after the boat activity. Javier, our host, was amazing and catered to all our needs. The included lounging chairs and parasol on the beach were a nice touch, and the upper deck was a great spot to relax as well. The food and mojitos were delicious, and the staff was attentive and helpful in arranging transportation and boat rides.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The authentic beachfront cabins provided a wonderful experience, with the perfect blue sea right at our doorstep. The location was ideal, offering a more peaceful and less crowded area of the beach. The service was excellent, with attentive staff who were very accommodating. the included lounging chairs and parasol allowed for relaxing on the beach.
There were a few drawbacks to consider during our stay. the hotel had limited electricity, with no power from 6am to 6pm, which was a bit inconvenient.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the amazing ocean view from our shared balcony and the convenience of having the water and sand right at our doorstep. the staff, especially Carlos and Juan Carlos, were exceptional in their assistance with transportation and making our stay comfortable. the location was perfect, away from the busy area of Playa Blanca but still within easy reach of markets, restaurants, and activities. the onsite restaurant offered delicious food at reasonable prices, and the small market nearby had everything we needed. the vendors walking the beach also added to the overall experience, delivering fresh ceviche and other treats right to our lounge chairs.
Felt pampered, no reason to complain.
